A few days later, the suspension began to knock, the speakers stopped working. But it was far from all - there were blisters on the paint, a water pump malfunction was discovered, the automatic transmission pipes and the rear signaling were replaced under warranty. In total, the car was found about 20 faults. Because of this, the owner decided to change the car back for money.
But everything was not so simple - the deceived man was simply ignored. But he did not become inactive and went to court with a demand to compensate for the amount of the car, 323 thousand rubles in difference in the price of goods, 1 thousand for moral damage, 100 thousand fines and the same amount for penalty.
As a result of the trial, the victim managed to win the case, so he received a substantial amount of money in compensation.
