Australian undressed, speaking against the fashion for the rapid recovery of the figure after childbirth
Blogger Olivia White has posted a snapshot of her body taken after giving birth. The mother of two children wanted to show that the ideal image has little to do with reality. She is proud of her body and wants to convey this confidence to her children. Miss White also advocates that newly appeared mothers no longer feel the pressure of having to look perfect.
Due to the explosive growth in the number of young mothers who, with the help of intensive training, return to their former form almost immediately after giving birth, many of the women who have recently given birth feel a certain pressure on themselves that forces them to follow this example.
But 27-year-old Olivia White, a blogger from Australia, wants to eliminate this pressure, for which she talks about her postpartum reality. To help moms take their postpartum form, Miss White undressed and took part in a photo shoot.
“Puffy face, hanging chest, filled with milk, wide hips and an entire stomach in stretch marks! Here is my postpartum reality, there is no question of quickly returning to normal. And you know what? I don't care at all! Because I am not the same person I was before I had children, so why should I want my body to correspond to what I am no longer? ”- wrote Miss White on Facebook.
“This sagging chest fed my baby, this flabby belly was home for my baby for 9 months. I cannot say that something inspired me to such words, I just wanted to convey to people that moms and fitness gurus who are hard at work for those who are hard at work for this are not an example for everyone, ”she said.
Miss White, whose daughters are 2 years and 5 months old, said that in the past she had had a hard time accepting her body, but she was able to change her view of it.
“I am aware that I have become a role model for many. They look at me, and if I try to look confident, they will probably want to try to do the same, ”she said.
