Dzhigurda and Anisina won the trial and inherited a multimillion state
This story lasted for more than a year, the scandal with the division of the inheritance businesswoman Lyudmila Bratash began immediately after her death, and ended only now.
The Kuntsevo court decided in favor of Dzhigurda and his wife Marina Anissina, which means that in the near future he will inherit several apartments in Moscow, real estate in Paris and currency accounts in several banks.
“The suit of Svetlana Romanova (sisters of Lyudmila Bratash, - here and hereinafter in brackets, note kp.ru) to our family is rejected. The charges of Romanova in the fact that the testament is fake, that Dzhigurda rapist declared invalid! We won !!! ”- ex-figure skater exulted in her Instagram (the author’s spelling and punctuation preserved). In turn, the claim of Nikita Dzhigurda to Svetlana Romanova for her recognition as unworthy heir was rejected. The lawyer of the singer and actor Andrei Knyazev explained: “This particular lawsuit is Nikita’s whim; we immediately told him that this demand would be denied. But the most important thing is that the court recognized the will and the entire inheritance was transferred by Anisina and Dzhigurda in equal shares. ”
It is possible, Svetlana will appeal the decision of the court. But if it is recognized as legal, in the near future Nikita, Marina and their two young children will get three apartments in Moscow - on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, on Rublyovskoye Highway and in Strogino. Also, spouses who have recently reconciled after a major quarrel (which almost brought them to a divorce) will receive an apartment in the center of Paris and currency accounts in several banks.
Nikita Dzhigurda used to talk about his acquaintance with Lyudmila Bratash at court sessions: “We met in 1998 or 1999 in Belarus, during the filming of the film“ Love in Russian-3 ”. Our relations were very close, like those of a man and a woman. I responsibly declare: I had an affair with the deceased. See you soon with Anisinoy. ”
“In 2014, Lucy went to rest with me and Marina to Turkey, and from there went to America for a few days to write a will ... In Russia, testaments are entered into the base, and in America they are kept by a notary. Lucy was afraid that here, according to the databases, her driver and sister would figure out to whom she passed the state, and then they would kill her. ”
