- large potatoes - 4 pieces;
- pork - 250 gr;
- leek - 1 pc;
- celery - 100 gr
- eggplants - 2 pieces;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- champignons - 200 gr;
- greens to taste;
- sour cream - 100 ml;
- water - 50 ml;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, spices.
- Pork cut into cubes, fry until golden brown.
- Prepare the eggplants so that bitterness goes away. To do this, peel them, cut into cubes and soak in salt water for 15 minutes. Then rinse the eggplant slices with tap water.
- Chop the onion, fry it until golden brown on a small amount of vegetable oil. Then add to the onions eggplant and Bulgarian pepper. Fry vegetables until cooked.
- Fry the mushrooms separately.
- Now dice the carrots, potatoes and celery root. Mix ingredients and salt.
