The process of cooking young cabbage cutlets consists of the following steps:

  1. Put in the bowl of the food processor 1 tbsp. a spoon of mustard, chopped parsley, chopped onion and cabbage, garlic cloves. Start the device at an average speed for a few minutes. It is necessary to obtain mince from these ingredients. Then add salt and pepper.
  2. Pour breadcrumbs into the container. Make small patties from mincemeat. Heat the griddle.Then start it in alternately spread the cutlets, breaded in breadcrumbs. Fry them from both sides until golden brown.

  2. Curd wipe through a sieve. Add chopped nuts and prunes to it. There, put sour cream, softened butter and egg. Mix everything thoroughly. As a result, you get curd minced.Be sure to salt it.
  3. Put cabbage leaves in two tablespoons of minced meat. Wrap each of them in the shape of a roll, and then roll in flour and fry in a frying pan until golden brown. Then serve the dish to the table.
