An eighth-grader from Moscow, Artyom Vasinyuk, designed a flying “car”, which he called “avtolet”.
Double bikopter with a closed cabin can take off without overclocking - vertically. Due to the special design, it should be easy to maneuver in the sky.
In such a car, you can take one passenger - there are two chairs, one after another. Accelerate it to 160 km / h, and you can climb as much as 200 meters up.
It is planned that it will weigh three times less than a conventional passenger car, but it will not work to put electric motors on it - there will not be enough power, therefore it will be filled with diesel fuel.
Now Artem is finalizing the design together with the Moscow Aviation Institute. By 2017, he plans to build the first drone, by 2018 - a manned vehicle, and by 2020 to go on a limited-edition release.
