• water - 150 ml
• eggs - 2 pieces
• sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l
• vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
• flour - 200 g

• milk - 400 ml
Sift the flour with salt through a sieve into a bowl, beat the eggs and stir.Combine milk, sugar and water in a separate container. Stir, slowly adding flour. Stir to a perfectly flat (“sour cream”) consistency. After that, add 10g of oil and beat well with a whisk or mixer. Cook in a very hot frying pan with a little butter. It is better to make small pancakes so that it is easier to turn them over. By the way, this should be done in 30-35 seconds.

... use the same basic recipe, but instead of whole eggs - only egg whites. Not sure how to separate them from the yolks?
